NFL DFS Value Picks: Week 10

Week 10 of the NFL season is met with a lot of…meh. I mean you’ve got three of the top teams on Bye this week with the Eagles, Chiefs, and Dolphins. Guys are flying to Chicago and Argentina and that seems way more interesting than Tommy Devito about to be devoured by the Cowboys defense later today. Of, course that’s fine we all know to stay away from Tommy. I am going to give you some value picks that can help your DFS squad that never takes a bye week hit in the green. Let’s get into the NFL DFS value picks for week 10.

Quarterback

Josh Dobbs, Minnesotta Vikings (DK-$5500/FD-$7300)

The man, the myth, the rocket scientist engineer…Josh Dobbs. New team with no practice apparently is no problem for Dobbs, because he looked like the full season starter in leading the Vikings to a win last Sunday. He hadn’t taken a snap with the center and only knew a handful of plays before being thrust into the game. He didn’t disappoint with a stat line of 20 for 30 passing for 158 yards and rushing for another 66 yards and combing for 3 touchdowns. It was incredible to watch, so imagine what he could do with a full week of first team reps? I’m just as excited to see as you are and he gives great value. Say what you want about Dobbs, but he has produced 16+ fppg over his last 3 games. He faces a New Orleans defense that has shown to be tough, but if Baker Mayfield can have a day against them so can Dobbs.

Running Back

James Connor, Arizona Cardinals (DK-$5900/FD-$6500)

Connor started strong this year for Arizona before getting hurt. He racked up 364 and 2 touchdowns on the ground through 5 games. He now returns at a time where Arizona is getting back to the offense they had hoped to have all year. Kyler Murray is making his return from last years torn ACL, so a large energy could be in the building for the game against Atlanta today. Conner is listed as questionable for Sunday’s game, but appears as if he will be the main ball carrier. Emeri Demercardo is out, so the runway appears open for the veteran back to receive his full workload right from the jump.

Wide Receiver

Jaxon Smith-Njigba (DK-$4100/FD-$5600)

It seems that Jaxon Smith-Njigba has recovered his wrist fracture he had early on pre-season that I’m sure caused some issues getting back into rhythm at the beginning of the season. He has shown over his last three contests, why the Seahawks took him in the 1st round. Smith-a jig a has come up with 13 catches for 162 yards and two touchdowns. He was dealing with a hip issue this week, but I expect him to suit up for a game that could have plenty of scoring against the Commanders.

Tight End

Jonnu Smith, Atlanta Falcons (DK-$3600/FD-$5500)

I love me some Jonnu Smith, don’t believe me? Check here, here, and here just to see my point. He has been very underrated and undervalued this entire season. I get it, he’s on a team with Kyle Pitts, but the Falcons have seem to forget he exists and Jonnu has been the No. 1 tight end somehow for them. After seemingly being forgotten the last two games where he saw 4 targets in total, Smith recorded five receptions on six targets for 100 yards and one touchdown in Sunday’s 31-28 loss to the Vikings. I think he will be involved against Arizona fairly well this week, which makes his value always a good one.

Defense

Jacksonville Jaguars (DK-$2400/FD-$3900)

I know you’re thinking, why would I pick a defense facing the Niners? It’s simple, they are a solid defense and the Niners have shown over the last few weeks they aren’t as much of a juggernaut as everyone thought they would be. Even with Deebo coming back, I think the Jags defense will be solid and worth a chance with their value. Yeah, it’s really that simple of an explanation.

Hope these picks help and get everyone in the green today!
