Sunday Night DFS Showdown: Bills v. Bengals

The Bills are returning to Cincinnati for the first time since the Damar Hamlin incident. You’re going to hear it here and a ton tonight on the NBC broadcast. What we wont forget is that there’s an actual game going to be played and it means just as much this year as it did last year. The Bills and Bengals are fighting to be considered apart of that AFC elite. Both teams have stumbled at times this year and a win tonight would help bolster either teams confidence. It’s going to be a fun one and let’s take a look at this Sunday night DFS showdown.

Captain

Dalton Kincaid, Buffalo Bills (DK-$10,200)

I used Kincaid as my captain when the Bills faced Tampa Bay on Thursday night football. It paid off with 5 catches for 65 yards and 1 TD. I’m going back to the well again tonight. Kincaid is operating as the No. 1 TE still and this game should be a shootout. He gives you a great price for a captain with plenty of room to fill out your roster nicely with some other big time playmakers.

Flex

Joe Mixon, Cincinnati Bengals (DK-$8000)

Mixon welcomed a baby into the world last week and no one knew until the game was over. Why is that important? The man put up 87 yards rushing with a TD and 23 yard receiving. His best game of the year by far and I give all the credit to his newborn. It’s just science folks. I assume some of that magic of having new life enter your home is going to continue. Oh, and the Bills defense hasn’t been what it once was a year ago do to lots of injuries. Mixon comes in at a nice price and allows you to keep building the roster out nicely without sacrificing the top guys.

Bargain Bin

Irv Smith Jr., Cincinnati Bengals (DK-$1600)

Smith had four catches for 25 yards in the Bengals win over the Niners, but he lost a fumble just before halftime that cost the Bengals a chance to increase their lead. Luckily it didn’t hurt them in the end. It was Smiths best game so far, which is disappointing for Bengals fans. The hope is he gets involved just as much this week as he did last week. That would make his bargain bin value very much worth it.

Good luck to everyone and I hope these picks help you get in the green
